Re-formatting of the hard disc drive(s) means that all data will have been erased. The computer will have been returned to “Factory Settings” after re-installing Microsoft Windows® in other words, to the state it was in when it left the manufacturing facility. The backed up data can then be re-installed on the computer.
Computer data can be lost for a number of reasons: for example, problems affecting the computer’s internal or external hard disc drive(s), by a virus or spyware infection, corruption of data files and/or folders. The only effective safeguard against the risks associated with loss of data is to maintain a regular and systematic backup procedure
Warranty

Fee Policy
one time visit- 449/- if customer site distance more than 30 km from the origin of the city then client have to pay 100/- extra at the time of service. Fee policy means that if the engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer, apart from a small diagnoses fee of Rs 100/-
- If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the engineer’s time spent to that point – i.e. a minimum of 2 hours.
- If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required (spare) parts, software CD-Rom or Product Key, then the customer is charged for the engineer’s time spent to that point – i.e. a minimum of 2 hours.
- If the engineer provides a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then the customer is charged for the engineer’s time spent to that point – i.e. a minimum of 2 hours.
- The policy does not apply to work related to data recovery, computer virus or spyware problems or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning or so.
REFUND POLICY
All services come with a money-back guarantee. In case that our experts couldn't resolve your computer problem or our repair didn't work, contact Dell Service Center in Patna back within 7 days of service delivery so we can either try to resolve your computer problem again at no cost to you or provide you a full refund for the purchase price. For Per Incident service plans, Dell Service Center in Patna provides up to 7-day service warranty, starting on your date of purchase. You will have to re-purchase the service plan if exceeding the seven (7) calendar days service warranty.

You understand and agree that under no circumstances will Dell Service Center in Patna be responsible for any loss of software, programs, or data, even if our technicians have attempted to assist you with your backup, recovery, or similar services. Any such assistance is beyond the scope of any Dell Service Center in Patna warranty and this Service Agreement. The assistance is provided in our sole discretion and without any guarantee or warranty of any kind. Neither does we provide any guarantee or warranty of any kind with respect to any third-party product that our technician may use in assisting you. All Software's and Data are of client responsibility, please backup all the data before submitting for repair. it is customer’s sole responsibility to complete a backup of all existing date, software and programs on affected systems before receiving Services(including remote support)except as agreed to in writing between Customer and Dell Service Center in Patna, Dell Service Center in Patna’s service offerings do not include the loading or reloading of application if customer not provide the software, we only install original genuine software provide by customer
